|
Graham, WA (June 17, 2006): Late Model Challenge Series driver Troy Conrad did what he did the last time the series was at Wenatchee Valley Super Oval , he won! This one did come as easy as the first. With a green white checkered finish ready to restart race leader Wes Rhoads had to exit just before the green with a flat tire. Conrad second at the time inherited the lead and the win.
Conrad a bit subdued in victory circle said “I was looking forward to racing Wes in the last two laps. I was sorry to see him have to leave. Sometimes luck comes your way, I have been on the other end that luck.” Conrad maintains the lead in the chase to the championship after the fourth of the ten race series. |
